Every year at Fusion Evolution we work with our venue to provide affordable and hearty meals to keep you dancing all day long! 
  • Breakfast is served from 8:00am-9:00am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  $15/day
  • Lunch is served from noon-1:00pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.​ $20/day
  • Because these meals are served buffet style we cannot guarantee the absence of gluten, dairy, or other food allergens/sensitivities, but all meals have vegetarian friendly options. 
  • Friday and Saturday dinners are sold with a limited number of VIP show tickets. Dinner menus will soon appear on the shows page​.
  • Deadline to order meals is June 16, 2023

Breakfast buffet menus:

Friday:
  • Chilled orange juice
  • Scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese on the side
  • Oatmeal with mixed berry compote, Brown sugar, and raisins
  • Red and green grapes
  • Assorted breakfast pastries
  • Starbucks coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and assorted Tazo teas
Saturday:
  • Chilled orange juice
  • Scrambled eggs with chives
  • Assorted yogurts
  • Assorted melons
  • Assorted breads with toaster, butter and assorted preserves

Sunday:
  • Chilled orange juice
  • Scrambled eggs with Swiss cheese and mushrooms
  • Oatmeal with apple compote, brown sugar and raisins
  • Fruit kabobs
  • Assorted breakfast pastries
  • Starbucks coffee, decaffeinated coffee and assorted Tazo teas​​​

Lunch buffet menus: 

Friday:
  • Mixed green salad with charred corn, black beans, cherry tomato, red onion, avocado, chihuahua cheese, tortilla crisps, and cilantro lime vinaigrette
  • Sizzling build your own chicken and vegetarian fajitas: Boneless chicken thighs marinated in fajita spice rub or assorted grilled vegetables
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, hard corn tortilla shells and soft flour tortillas
  • Sofrito rice
  • Slow roasted ranchero beans prepared vegetarian style
  • Iced tea​​​
Saturday:
  • Sesame noodle salad tossed with snow peas, shredded carrot, julienne bell peppers, shaved red onions, roasted shiitake mushrooms, pickled ginger, edamame, black and white sesame seeds with a sesame Hoisin dressing
  • Stir fried veggies: Japanese eggplant, mushrooms, green beans, bell peppers and bok choy in sweet chili Sriracha glaze
  • Char Siu grilled chicken: boneless chicken thighs marinated and glazed with Chinese BBQ sauce
  • Vegetable fried rice
  • Sweet Hawaiian rolls.
  • Iced tea
Sunday:
  • Chopped salad: leafy green lettuce with red onion, red cabbage, scallion, ditalini pasta,(Pepperocini, bacon, and crumbled blue cheese served on side) with a spicy Italian vinaigrette
  • House made chicken Parmesan
  • Penne aurora pasta, sun-dried tomato cream sauce
  • Vegetable ratatouille
  • Garlic bread
