This year there will be two equally stunning Revolve Shows:

Friday, August 27 AND Saturday, August 28
Each show will have a unique lineup, both containing performances by our amazing instructors!
Lineups will be published here before tickets go on sale.
Show begins at 8:00pm (doors open at 7:30pm)

VIP Plated dinner and pre-show 6:30-7:30pm (doors open at 6:00pm)

General Admission: $30
VIP Dinner with pre-show entertainment: $75

Friday
On the table:
Bread basket with butter

First course:
Baby spinach salad with pea shoots, cherry tomatoes, watermelon radish, pickled red onion, feta cheese, and Cabernet vinaigrette

Second course:
Chicken Picatta, roasted marble tomatoes, and Chef's seasonal vegetable
OR
Vegetarian butternut squash ravioli and roasted asparagus tips

Third course:
Cheesecake with strawberry sauce
Coffee and tea
Saturday
On the table:

First course:
Garden green salad with mandarin oranges, glazed pecans, sun dried cranberries, goat cheese crumbles, and Cabernet vinaigrette

Second course:
Red wine braised short ribs, buttermilk mashed potatoes, green beans, and oven roasted herbed tomatoes
OR
Vegetarian mushroom risotto, sauteed green beans, blistered cherry tomatoes, and roasted asparagus tips

Third course:
Chocolate mousse
Coffee and tea
