Due to the continued presence and high transmission rates of COVID-19 and the Delta variant, Fusion Evolution 2022 will require the following of all participants, volunteers, staff members, instructors, vendors, and audience members:
  • All persons over the age of 12 must provide proof of completed vaccination for the COVID-19 virus.
  • Masks are required at all times during the event. This restriction is subject to change based on CDC and State of Illinois guidance and policies.
