Style and Grace *SOLD OUT* Saturday 9:00am-noon $65 through 6/21, $70 after Get to the root of your movements to unlock the softness and fluidity that is in all of us. By bringing awareness to all parts of the body while dancing, we will take the next step to truly connect to pure movement and convey it with subtlety while performing. The goal is to soften and polish that which you already have and gain a deeper awareness while dancing. Expect to work on arms, pops, poses, belly rolls, and plenty of hipwork as we explore more intermediate concepts of belly dance. Serious About Shimmies Sunday 9:00am-noon $65 through 6/21, $70 after Do you think it’s not possible to shimmy for almost an entire class? Think again! Zoe is a huge advocate for muscle memory so in this workshop you will be workin’ your ABs, GLUTES, QUADS, and OBLIQUES, and doing it over and over again!! Layers will of course be introduced, as well as short combos to challenge all levels, traveling shimmies and stationary shimmies, 4/4, 3/4 ― all that good stuff we belly dancers love. And to finish we will learn a short shimmy choreography! |
