• Our group room rate in 2023 is a deeply discounted $130 plus tax (currently 13%) per night  for rooms with two queen beds. Junior suites are available for a bit more. These are in short supply and you must CALL the hotel at 847-777-6500 to book and be sure to mention the "Fusion Evolution" block to reserve a junior suite. Click here to book your room.
  • Rooms must be reserved by May 31, 2023 in order to take advantage of our special pricing.
  • Our room block goes from Thurs, June 22 through Sunday, June 25 (checking out Mon). Sunday night rooms are very limited.
  • Guests wishing to stay beyond our block's dates will have to pay the hotel's regular rates for the other nights. Please call the hotel to make your reservation if you plan to book beyond our dates.
  • ​All rooms have a mini fridge, a coffee maker, free wi-fi, and access to the hotel's pool and gym. The hotel houses the fabulous Saranello's Italian/Mediterranean restaurant and has other walkable dining options.
  • A short drive will take you to many more area eateries and grocery stores.
Driving From I-294:
Exit at Lake Cook Road and go West (right turn if coming from the north, left turn if coming from the south). Exit onto Milwaukee Ave and turn left (south) at the bottom of the ramp. You will then see the hotel on your left with a lighted intersection to enter.
Driving From Chicago:
If you wish to avoid the tollways, Milwaukee Ave is a continuous street from Chicago out to and beyond Wheeling, IL. Look for the hotel to be on your right once you pass Dundee Rd.
From Midway or O'Hare airports: 
Your best bet from either airport is to take a cab. Some cab companies have flat rates so there's no guesswork when you get in. It is better to call your taxi from inside the airport than to wait in a taxi line for one.
  • We recommend the pricing at American Taxi. Flat rate from O'Hare is $29*. Flat rate from Midway is $57*.  Call 847-673-1000 when you are ready to hire your ride. *may include a fuel surcharge. Airport tax is included in flat rate.
Metra commuter trains (2 options):
  • MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY! From Union Station, take the North Central Service line to the Wheeling station. From there take a cab to the hotel (2 miles).
  • 7 DAYS A WEEK: From Union Station, take the Milwaukee District/North line to the Lake Cook Road station. From there take a cab to the hotel (4 miles).
